Mr. Hammett is a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) and Information
Technology Professional (CITP) with over
twenty-five years of business management experience leveraging information systems to produce profitable outcomes. Over the past fifteen years, Mr. Hammett has developed a resume as a project manager and executive leader which includes more than 100 successful implementations. Prior to consulting, he served as a financial leader and department manager for two Fortune 500 companies.
In 2006, after managing and growing the Lawson practice of a large national consulting firm, Mr. Hammett co-founded HyBridge Solutions, Inc. Leveraging his extensive experience in project management, accounting, finance, payroll, and business information systems, Mr. Hammett has the knowledge and ability to identify the "Best Practices" and process improvements that lead to greater business value derived through the implementation of IT Enabled Business Strategy.
Mr. Hammett delivers open and direct leadership guidance and is personally involved in HyBridge Solutions' corporate strategy and solution development. Building upon the corporate "Library of Experience", he created a proprietary and proven implementation methodology along with pre-defined Solution Sets designed to ensure our clients achieve their targeted Business Improvement outcome. Utilizing this unique tool set, HyBridge Solutions has sustained steady growth and developed a reputation for exceeding project goals and expectations while reducing implementation time and risks.
Mr. Hammett earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.

and accomplished technical professional
who has spent the last decade developing his skills in the healthcare IT arena. Mr. Wilson has embraced his ability to think outside the box to lead HyBridge Solutions' delivery team in the development of customized solutions for process enhancement, automated data collection and systems integration. He utilizes this database of solutions in combination with his leadership skills and extensive operational, application and technical knowledge to ensure successful outcomes to each of HyBridge Solutions' clients.
Leveraging his experience in complex IT engagements implementing such systems as Infor, Kronos, BCX, IBM and Oracle, Mr. Wilson begins each project with the "end in mind". Specifically, he spends time from the beginning to fully understand the goals and objectives of each project and to gain collective input from the key stakeholders. He utilizes this information to develop a detailed blueprint for successful project execution. As the Technical leader at HyBridge Solutions, Mr. Wilson has built a cohesive and complementary team of skilled specialists whose goal is to deliver "Best Practice" solutions and hands-on support to exceed project goals and objectives. This team of delivery experts is responsible for developing dozens of proprietary solutions which includes a standalone application for Nurse Magnet® Reporting (S.M.A.R.T.) and HyBridge Solutions' collection of Best Practice and preconfigured solutions.
Mr. Wilson is a graduate of East Carolina University, where he was a member of the Management Honor Society.
Ms. Ehlers brings more than twenty five
years of experience in Human Capital
Management to HyBridge Solutions. With
commitment, integrity and the ability to
inspire, she looks for innovative ways to assist clients in reaching their business goals and has led many clients through a complete automation of their HCM and Payroll functions by implementing new IT systems and transforming business processes.
As a transformational leader, Ms. Ehlers is personally vested in obtaining trust and confidence from her clients and colleagues. Transitioning "Discover, Design, Define, Test and Go-Live" to "Listen, Envision, Inspire, Engage and Celebrate", Ms. Ehlers' clients and co-workers benefit from her experience as both a project manager and Human Resource subject matter expert.
In addition to her years in HCM consulting, Ms. Ehlers' practical experience includes functional and leadership roles in the industry including Recruitment/Retention and HRIS at a large physician-led, not-for profit healthcare system in Wisconsin.
For over twenty years, Mr. Kripps has been
a successful leader in designing and
implementing Procurement and Supply
Chain Management applications. As an expert in SCM in healthcare, he understands the importance of obtaining and delivering supplies in an efficient and cost effective manner. Mr. Kripps is a firm believer in the use of automation to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the Procurement process. He approaches each project with the client’ needs at the forefront and works directly with the client to assess, design and implement a solution that achieves the desired results.
Additionally, Mr. Kripps brings a strong background in Business Intelligence and Analytics. Utilizing Infor and Lawson BI tools, Mr. Kripps has developed performance dashboards and reports providing Managers and Executives with actionable decision making data.
As a Healthcare leader, Mr. Kripps relies on a combination of knowledge and expertise from his years of industry experience to make informed decisions, resolve issues, and to effectively meet project goals and timelines. To Mr. Kripps, the definition of a successful engagement is one that utilizes a partnership between the consulting team and the client team to meet the business goals and objectives.
Mr. Neal is a dedicated leader and
accomplished technical professional who
has devoted the last fifteen years to
developing his skills in the healthcare,
manufacturing, public sector and consulting areas. Mr. Neal utilizes his cross-vertical knowledge to provide successful and valuable outcomes to each of his clients. Under Mr. Neal’s leadership, HyBridge Solutions has developed a complete and comprehensive IT Managed Services division. As Director of Technical Services, Mr. Neal strives to offer clients a total workforce solution while ensuring efficient operation. He and his team provide services to cover core business operations and maintenance of servers/software to ensure quality technical outcomes.
Mr. Neal has refined his skills by working in several IT disciplines including data-center infrastructure, networking, server virtualization and security. While working with industry leaders, he has developed and delivered complex system designs for Windows, UNIX and iSeries platforms including high availability and disaster recovery solutions. Mr. Neal maintains in depth knowledge of cloud technologies to stay on the cutting edge of cloud technology to uncover solutions in the cloud computing space for Infrastructure as a Service and Software as a Service.
Mr. Neal earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina - Wilmington.
Ms. Ward offers over twenty years of ERP,
healthcare, and business expertise as both
an implementation specialist and as a
leader in business development. Combining
her knowledge of business and best practice operations, she engages with executives to develop strategically driven ERP, Human Capital Management, and Workforce Management Roadmaps. These roadmaps are designed to achieve software driven processes that increase productivity, reduce costs, and drive compliance.
Each roadmap consists of strategic software implementations, optimizations, and upgrades to maximize the use of technology. Ms. Ward collaborates with her customers to understand the business requirements, resource constraints, and high level risks for each project. With this information the HyBridge team is able to provide accurate project scoping, detailed deliverables, and high level Timelines, enabling on-time, on-budget projects that deliver highly integrated, user friendly, automated processes.
Ms. Ward is responsible for Business Development west of the Mississippi River for all verticals.

Development – Northeast, Mr. Desmarais is committed to excellence and integrity with a focus on the needs of his clients, an expected yet simple concept that is often forgotten by sales representatives.
Having spent the last sixteen years in the Infor partner channel of business development and sales leadership capacities, Mr. Desmarais brings multi-layered experience and knowledge of the products, tools, implementations and upgrades across multiple industries. As a former IT manager, Mr. Desmarais understands the importance of clients’ requirements, budgets, timing, and resources. Keeping this at the forefront he seeks to understand each client’s current situation, goals and desired outcomes prior to making recommendations. Mr. Desmarais and the HyBridge service delivery team collaborate to develop a solution which incorporates business process improvements, industry best practices, software package capabilities and toolsets to reduce costs, improve decision making, and increase stakeholder value.
Mr. Desmarais’ clientele includes major and regional healthcare organizations, national retailers, non-profits and public sector.
Mr. Desmarais earned his degree in computer science from the University of Lowell.
