Crawford J. Hammett, CPA, CITP
CEO and Co-Founder

Mr. Hammett is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Information Technology Professional (CITP) with over twenty-five years of business management experience leveraging information systems to produce profitable outcomes. Over the past fifteen years, Mr. Hammett has developed a resume as a project manager and executive leader which includes more than 100 successful implementations. Prior to consulting, he served as a financial leader and department manager for two Fortune 500 companies.

In 2006, after managing and growing the Lawson practice of a large national consulting firm, Mr. Hammett co-founded HyBridge Solutions, Inc. Leveraging his extensive experience in project management, accounting, finance, payroll, and business information systems, Mr. Hammett has the knowledge and ability to identify the "Best Practices" and process improvements that lead to greater business value derived through the implementation of IT Enabled Business Strategy.

Mr. Hammett delivers open and direct leadership guidance and is personally involved in HyBridge Solutions' corporate strategy and solution development. Building upon the corporate "Library of Experience", he created a proprietary and proven implementation methodology along with pre-defined Solution Sets designed to ensure our clients achieve their targeted Business Improvement outcome. Utilizing this unique tool set, HyBridge Solutions has sustained steady growth and developed a reputation for exceeding project goals and expectations while reducing implementation time and risks.

Mr. Hammett earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.

James E. Wilson II, BS
President and Co-Founder

As a co-founder and member of the executive management team at HyBridge Solutions, Mr. Wilson is a dedicated leader and accomplished technical professional who has spent the last decade developing his skills in the healthcare IT arena. Mr. Wilson has embraced his ability to think outside the box to lead HyBridge Solutions' technology team in the development of customized solutions for process enhancement, automated data collection and systems integration. He utilizes this database of solutions in combination with his leadership skills and extensive operational, application and technical knowledge to ensure successful outcomes to each of HyBridge Solutions' clients.

Leveraging his experience of more than thirty IT engagements implementing such systems as Lawson, Kronos, BCX, IBM and Oracle, Mr. Wilson begins each project with the "end in mind". Specifically, he spends time from the beginning to fully understand the goals and objectives of each project and to gain collective input from the key stakeholders. He utilizes this information to develop a detailed blueprint for successful project execution. As the Technical leader at HyBridge Solutions, Mr. Wilson has built a cohesive and complementary team of skilled specialists whose goal is to deliver "Best Practice" technical solutions and hands-on support to exceed project goals and objectives. This team of technical experts is responsible for developing dozens of proprietary solutions which includes a standalone application for Nurse MagnetŪ Reporting (S.M.A.R.T.) and HyBridge Solutions' collection of Best Practice solutions for applications such as Employee Self-Service, Open Enrollment and Manager Self-Service.

Mr. Wilson is a graduate of East Carolina University, where he was a member of the Management Honor Society.

Judy Ward
Director of Business Development - West

Ms. Ward offers over fifteen years of ERP, healthcare, and business expertise as both an implementation specialist and as a leader in business development. Combining her knowledge of business and Best Practice operations, she engages with executives to develop strategically driven ERP and Workforce Management Roadmaps. These roadmaps are designed to achieve specific business improvements such as controlling labor costs, managing compliance, and improving productivity, data integrity and automation.

Whether implementing a new system or re-invigorating an existing system, Ms. Ward's clients benefit from her knowledge and vision to refresh the organizations' support for an existing system or enthusiasm for a new system while improving ease of use, productivity and value to support the targeted business outcome.

Ms. Ward's clientele includes Park Nicollet, Sisters of Charity Leavenworth, Central DuPage Hospital, Alameda County Medical Center Carnival Corporation, Arvest Banking Operations, Dobson Communications, AIMCO and Memorial Hermann Healthcare System.

Ann Ehlers
Director Human Capital Management

Ms. Ehlers brings more than twenty five years of experience in Human Capital Management and Healthcare to HyBridge Solutions. With commitment, integrity and the ability to inspire, she looks for innovative ways to assist clients in reaching their business goals and has led many clients through a complete automation of their HCM and Payroll functions by implementing new IT systems and transforming business processes.

As a transformational leader, Ms. Ehlers is personally vested in obtaining trust and confidence from her clients and colleagues. Transitioning "Discover, Design, Define, Test and Go-Live" to "Listen, Envision, Inspire, Engage and Celebrate", Ms. Ehlers' clients and co-workers benefit from her experience as both a project manager and Human Resource subject matter expert.

In addition to more than ten years in HCM consulting, Ms. Ehlers' practical experience includes functional and leadership roles in the industry including Recruitment/Retention and HRIS at a large physician-led, not-for profit healthcare system in Wisconsin.

Clyne Fischer
Director Workforce Management

With over nineteen years of experience, Mr. Fischer is a highly skilled professional with expertise in Time and Attendance, Scheduling and Labor Reporting implementations. A successful implementation and high level of customer satisfaction has always been Mr. Fischer's trademark as he assists his clients in realizing sustainable operational and financial improvements. His extensive Human Capital Management and Kronos knowledge enable Mr. Fischer to lead the development of industry specific "Best Practice" solutions, while his hands-on assistance and strong leadership style enhance the customer experience, reduce risk and allow clients to meet their business objectives.

Mr. Fischer's thirty plus successful Workforce Management implementations have focused on business process re-design, operational improvement, labor reporting, HR / Payroll systems integration, and the design and delivery of custom employee/end user education and training programs. He brings the capability to create a process that combines the key success factors supplied by the stakeholders to what the end-users need and will use to make a positive difference within the business to every client. Drawing from his extensive knowledge of HCM and its challenges, Mr. Fischer works with both management and staff to provide the tools they need to realize the full benefit of their software investment.

Mr. Fischer earned the Kronos Circle of Excellence award in 1993 and 1997 for providing the highest level of customer satisfaction above and beyond corporate expectations in servicing his customers.

James Kripps, BBA
Director Business Intelligence

For over eighteen years, Mr. Kripps has been a successful leader in designing and implementing advanced business intelligence (BI), supply chain (SCM) and procurement systems. As an expert in BI solutions, he has led numerous clients in advancing their technologies to enable and automate transactional processing, management reporting and performance dashboards. Mr. Kripps approaches each project with client needs at the forefront and works directly with the client to determine, design and implement a solution that achieves the desired results.

As a leader, Mr. Kripps relies on a combination of knowledge, expertise and input from his years of industry experience and his colleagues to make informed decisions, resolve issues, and to effectively meet project goals and timelines. To Mr. Kripps, the definition of a successful project is one that utilizes a partnership between the consulting team and the client team to meet the business goals.

Mr. Kripps graduated with honors from Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, Texas with a degree in Business Administration and Management.
