A better way to do business

Crawford and James met in the early 2000s while working for a national Lawson practice. Over the years, they witnessed multiple mergers and acquisitions that crumbled their company’s culture. As they braced for the impact of yet another merger, they shared a belief that there had to be a better way to do business.

Instead of being controlled by venture capitalists chasing exponential growth and sacrificing quality, they discussed a shared vision of creating a company driven by strong relationships, between both customers and coworkers. Above all else, client satisfaction had to be the No. 1 priority. With that simple concept, they founded HyBridge Solutions in 2006.

HyBridge began with a focus on Lawson (now Infor) consulting. Listening to our clients’ needs, we soon expanded to create a Kronos (now UKG) practice. Over the years, we’ve continued our organic growth by focusing on hiring people who believe in our culture.
