HyBridge Solutions recently partnered with a Chicagoland healthcare system to successfully onboard a new acquisition into its established UKG system. The organization, which has 10 hospitals and 34,000 employees, was already live on Workforce Central Timekeeping and Scheduler before engaging HyBridge.
The organization typically self-manages onboarding new entities into its UKG system, but the new acquisition was using API, a system the client was not familiar with. Dealing with competing projects and an aggressive timeline, they needed a partner who could do it right the first time.
HyBridge balanced the relationship with the client’s resources, meshing their processes with the HyBridge methodology. The project was completed on time and within budget.
